He also founded and operated a recruitment advisory firm and supported a well-known executive-search brand's entry into Taiwan, contributing to local business development, team building, and operations. He is now focused on Taiwan, with expertise in semiconductor, technology, ICT, engineering, and mid-to-senior critical searches, as well as role calibration, talent-market mapping, candidate assessment, and search strategy.

Combining an academic background in finance and management with years of business and team leadership experience, he brings a distinct perspective to the assessment and recruitment of finance professionals, managers, and critical leaders. He currently leads Talent Nexus operations, recruitment process improvement, and AI-enabled recruiting applications.

More than 5 years of experience in executive search and talent recruitment, with a long-term focus on high-tech, semiconductor, ICT, specialty chemicals, and manufacturing markets. He understands technical, commercial, operations, and management talent markets.

He has led a team of 7+ high-tech recruitment consultants, with experience in team strategy, talent-market expansion, search quality management, project delivery, and individual and team recruiting performance management. His search experience spans R&D, AE/FAE, PM, Sales/BD, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and management roles.

He is currently responsible for client partnerships, business development, search delivery, consultant team development, and recruitment service improvement at Talent Nexus, helping companies complete critical hires through practical market understanding and disciplined execution.
